Warangal is 2nd Largest City and Cultural Capital of Telangana State. K akatiya U rban D evelopment A uthority (KUDA) was constituted by Government for the Planning , Development and Management of the Kakatiya (Warangal) Urban Development Area under the aegis of the Urban Areas (Development) Act,1975 vide G.O.
